With over 40 years of unparalleled experience in the healthcare industry, Mr. Vincent Tan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and an ability to transform businesses into industry leaders. His journey began with Bayer, where he spent 17 years, including 15 years as General Manager of the Consumer OTC Healthcare division. During his tenure, Vincent also managed Bayer’s Healthcare (Rx and OTC) manufacturing plant in Melbourne, where he grew the business from $12 million to over $50 million annually.

In 2003, Vincent joined Pharmacare Laboratories as CEO, where his strategic vision and steadfast leadership steered the company through significant challenges, including the infamous “Pan Crisis” and the Soul Pattinson manufacturing shutdown, which impacted the entire supplements and OTC industry. Under his leadership, Vincent transformed Pharmacare into a powerhouse, growing the business from $40 million to over $500 million annually by the time he stepped down as CEO in 2017.

Even after stepping down, Vincent remained a pivotal force in the company, focusing on business development and driving growth in the all-Asia market. Over the past seven years, he has once again achieved remarkable results, growing the Asia business from less than $20 million to over $130 million.

Vincent also serves as a Board Member of a startup company dedicated to developing and marketing an innovative in-home cancer test kit, reflecting his commitment to advancing healthcare solutions.

Academically, Vincent holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing (with Merit). Beyond his professional achievements, Vincent is a passionate advocate for healthy living, fitness, meditation, and supplements, embodying his personal philosophy of achieving longevity with vitality.
