Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Bangkok and metropolitan areas: approximately 1-2 business days,
    for other provinces or remote areas: 2-3 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 business days, via Grab, Line Man, and Lalamove, available   only within Bangkok and Pathum Thani.
  • International Shipping:  5-7 business days (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 1-2 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at info@agbiomed.com within local 3 business days /international 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy and Procedure

Return policy

1. The company only accepts returns in cases where the issue originates from the company, under the following conditions:

  • The product has defects from the manufacturing process.
  • The received product does not match the order.

2. The product has expired at the time of receipt.

If the received product does not meet any of the above conditions, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, as the product is in perfect condition and has passed a quality inspection before shipment to ensure hygiene and safety.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided along with evidence of the issue, such as a video or product photos.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

  • Contact customer service at info@agbiomed.com.
  • Provide the reason for the return along with a video or photos showing the product issue.
  • Wait for company confirmation within 1-2 business days, along with return shipping instructions.
  • Once the returned product is received, a replacement will be sent within 1-3 business days.
  • If the issue is due to the company’s error, such as incorrect or defective products, the company will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
