Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Our website currently supports payments via PayPal and QR code scanning, providing customers with convenient and secure payment options.

How long does shipping take?

For domestic shipping within Thailand:

  • Bangkok and metropolitan areas: Approximately 1–2 business days
  • Other provinces or remote areas: Approximately 2–3 business days

For international shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on each country's processing and customs procedures.

Where can I check my delivery status?

You can track your delivery through the order status link sent to you via email or SMS after your purchase.

If you are using the Shop app and have enabled the "Track with Shop" option, you can also follow your shipment status directly through the mobile app.

What should I do if the product has an issue?

If you receive a product with a problem such as a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item, or an expired product you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be in new, unused condition, and you must provide supporting evidence such as a receipt, video, or photos showing the issue.

Process:

  2. Provide the reason and evidence of the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation within 1–2 business days
  4. Once we receive the returned item, a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days

If the issue is due to our mistake such as sending the wrong item or receiving damaged goods we will cover all shipping costs.

Can you issue a tax invoice?

Yes, our company can issue tax invoices. Customers can provide the necessary details such as company name, address, and tax identification number during the checkout process. Our team will then prepare and send the tax invoice through your preferred delivery method.

Meshima can be enjoyed in various ways to suit your lifestyle and wellness goals.

Classic Ritual: Sip 100–250 ml per day. Enjoy it chilled or over ice for a refreshing boost.

Sparkling Serve: Add soda water for a fizzy, refreshing, alcohol-free option.

Daily Wellness Shot: Drink a 30 ml wellness shot before or after meals to help support digestive balance.

Can people with gastritis or acid reflux drink Meshima Tea?

Yes, Meshima Tea can be consumed in moderate amounts, though individual experiences may vary.

For those with acid reflux, some people may feel more comfortable after drinking it, as it may help with digestion, reduce bloating, and support gut balance.

For individuals with gastritis, it is recommended to avoid drinking it on an empty stomach to reduce the chance of irritation, and to start with a small amount to see how your body responds.

Meshima Tea is a fermented tea blended with vinegar, containing a mild level of acidity. It is non-alcoholic and does not harm the stomach lining.

How long should Meshima Tea be consumed after opening?

Once opened, it is recommended to keep the bottle refrigerated and consume it within 1–2 weeks to maintain the best quality and flavor.

Can I return or request a refund?

AG BioMed does not accept returns or exchanges for any orders. All purchases are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

Can elderly individuals consume this product?

Yes, elderly individuals can consume it. The product contains Sang Hwang mushroom, an herbal ingredient known to support immune function, making it suitable for most older adults.

However, if they have any underlying health conditions or are taking medication, it is recommended to consult their healthcare provider before consumption to ensure safety and suitability.

Can people who are allergic to mushrooms consume this product?

 If you have a history of mushroom allergies, regardless of the type of mushroom, you should avoid consuming products that contain mushroom derived ingredients, including extracts from Phellinus linteus and Phellinus igniarius. There is still a risk of cross-reactivity, even when consumed in extract form.
Allergic reactions vary from person to person, and some individuals may be sensitive to even small amounts of extracts.
